A little bit about the man behind Hammond Park Property Solutions - John McKell.

I've been in the building game, one way or another for the past 20 odd years. I used to work for a major financial institution as a Home Loan Officer and then Rural Lending Manager, Business Banking Manager and eventually went out mortgage broking.

After working for a few mortgage broking firms, I decided that I should start my own business and I ran that for 13 years, before I grew tired of dealing with banks and all the compliance paperwork required to run a business. It was time for a change!

I joined Aussie Living Homes (Ventura Home Group) in early 2013 and learned the ropes. It's a pretty basic concept dealing with first home buyers - finance / budget, land / location, design / house! A three step approach that makes life easy for the buyer, as well as the sales consultant. Being an ex-mortgage broker was a definite bonus and made it an easy transition for me to go from doing home loans to selling houses!

After 3 and a half years, I was recruited to join Content Living and I must say this has been a sensational move. The product is absolutely amazing and the process, management structure and how they go about it, has been a real eye-opener. The end result is a quality product at a simply incredible price!

I've worked in display homes between Mandurah and Hammond Park, which is where I'm based and looking to stay - I've determined that Hammond Park is the next boom suburb and there is a long-term market for homes in this suburb and its surrounding neighbours.

I'm at Hammond Park in the Content Living display home on Irvine Parade - just off Rowley Road. My hours are Saturday 1pm to 5pm, Sunday, noon to 5pm and Monday & Wednesday afternoons, between 2pm & 5pm. I can meet you outside these hours if necessary, by appointment.
